The STAR survey is carried out by Isle of Anglesey County Council's housing service. It gives a chance for Anglesey council tenants to take part in our satisfaction survey, which we run every 2 years.
The purpose of the survey is to understand tenants' experience, and measure how well the housing services are performing, with the hope of improving future satisfaction levels and focus on areas of high concern to tenants as customers.
Our tenants are at the heart of what we do. It is important that we are listening and acting upon possible issues. It is also a chance for us to understand what is going well within the services that we provide to tenants.
