The 6 North Wales local authorities and GwE would like to congratulate all learners on their achievements in this year’s GCSE examinations.

We would like to wish all young people the very best for the future and acknowledge the support they have received from their schools, families and local authorities through the challenges of the last few years which have been unprecedented.

Anglesey’s Education and the Welsh Language Portfolio Holder, Councillor Ieuan Williams, said, “Congratulations to all the young learners on Anglesey who are receiving their GCSE results today. I wish all of them good luck and well for the future as they opt for further education or the workplace.”

He added, “I would also like to thank our school teachers and support staff; as well as our young people’s parents and families for supporting and guiding them with their studies.”
