This is the deposit version of the Ynys Môn Unitary Development Plan. It follows on from both a period of informal public consultation held in 1999 and three months of formal public consultation on a draft plan held during 2000.
The UDP falls into two parts. Part one is a written statement of the main themes which the county council consider will influence Anglesey over the plan period and identify the strategic policies for the development and other use of land. In this sense part one of the UDP sets out the philosophy which will underpin the plan’s development at the more detailed part two stage. In part two detailed proposals are made for the use of land in individual communities.
The Pdf’s attached have been structured so that they may be accessed as efficiently as possible. The Structure is:
- Deposit UDP Written Statement - Contains Part 1 and 2 of the written statement including all appendices up to appendix 9.
- Appendix 9 to the Index - Contains an index list of the Mineral Maps (each of the maps are individual pdf’s due to their size)
