- acting in a threatening way, like being drunk and hanging around in public places
- using drugs, and the mess or trouble that comes with it
- vandalising things, writing graffiti, dumping rubbish, or dropping litter
- neighbours making lots of noise, like playing loud music or letting a dog bark all night
