Since it’s establishment in 1975 the workshop has been offering work opportunities and employment for people with physical and learning disabilities.
The workshop consists of four sections - woodworking, upholstery, external works and gardening.
The busy manufacturing unit produces various wood products e.g. table tops, export boxes, gardening items, toy boxes, chairs and a variety of craft work. We have a CNC machine which uses a process that involves the use of computer to control machine tools. Our products are delivered nationwide.
In the upholstery section we make component part for hospital chairs and reupholster work.
Our external works team works closely with occupational therapists, disability advisors and health visitors ensuring the people of Anglesey can remain safe within their own homes. We supply and fit rails, bespoke ramps / steps, bathing aids, security equipment, stair gates and guards.
Our most recent section is the gardening. This involves some gardening and planting of different plants within a polytunnel greenhouse environment.
