Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn - Isle of Anglesey County Council

How to save your service requests

Why save your service requests?

The new My Anglesey Account is live.

The council will not be transferring your personal details from the old My Account to the new My Anglesey Account.

Your existing data will be accessible until 31 May 2023.

After this date, you will no longer have access to your service requests and personal data on the old ‘My Account’ platform.

The data stored on this platform will be deleted on 31 July 2023.

You may wish to save your existing service requests. You do not have to do this, but you will not be able to access those records after 31 May 2023.

How to save your service requests
