Isle of Anglesey County Council (“the Council”) has received an application on behalf of Anglesey Golf Club Limited (Company Number 00138114) pursuant to s.19(2)(a) Commons Act 2006 to amend the register for Common Land Register CL34 (Towyn Trewan Common).
The application seeks to remove unquantified grazing rights from the following entries from the Rights Section of Common Land Register CL34: 2, 4, 5, 6, 9, 11, 12, 14, 16, 18, 19, 22, 23, 24, 28, 29, 30, 34, 35, 36, 39, 40, 43, 44, 47, 48, 49, 51 to 54, 59, 61, 68, 69, 71, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 85, 88, 89, 90, 92, 93, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 101, 102, 105, 106, 108, 109, 110, 112, 115, 116, 117, 118, 119, 120, 121, 122, 123, 129, 136, 137, 141, 142, 144, 146, 147, 148, 149, 150, 151, 153, 154, 157 to 159, 162, 166, 167, 171, 175, 176, 177, 178, 180, 181, 182, 185, 186, 187, 189 and 195.

The Council as the registration authority will deal with all representations in accordance with Regulation 14 of the 2017 Regulations and if necessary, will provide the same to the appointed persons under Regulation 15 of the 2017 Regulations.
