Our Digital Strategy outlines the approach that Isle of Anglesey County Council will take to the deployment and development of ICT technologies in the delivery of its services in order to deliver outcomes that matter to its citizens and local businesses and to support Isle of Anglesey County Council’s contribution towards Anglesey being a thriving, successful and sustainable island in which all forms of deprivation and inequality are reduced.

This approach seeks to place ICT services in line with the broader aspirations of the Council. It will ensure ICT services become an enabler and act as a launch pad for transformation across the Council, by improving outcomes for customers and adding value to their contact with the Council. It defines our vision, key themes and overall direction of travel.
