Land and property for sale
The council can offer a number of sites and premises for grazing, business or development in a variety of locations.
The council occasionally disposes of commercial development plots, residential building plots and other properties which have been identified as surplus to requirements. These properties may be subject to application, private treaty disposals, formal tenders or disposal through public auction.
