When traveling along the A55 take the exit at junction 6 and travel towards Llangefni along the A5114 Road. At the roundabout, take the second exit, signposted Parc Bryn Cefni. At the next roundabout take the first exit onto the Industrial Estate Road, take the third exit off the next roundabout. Anglesey Business Centre will be the first entrance on your right.

Lease terms

A 3 year lease agreement with rent paid monthly in advance. The successful applicant will be responsible for the fees in relation to the preparation of the lease, which will be in the region of £734.50 plus VAT. The Council has a policy of securing commercial rental deposits equal to 6 months’ rent. This is a completely separate payment to the first instalment of rent.
