As part of its economic development role, Isle of Anglesey County Council has been involved for many years in developing industrial estates and industrial units.Welsh Government and private developers also do this. The council is therefore involved in delivering capital projects for additional business/industrial units and serviced plots on Anglesey.

Future projects
Further sites and premises capital projects in other locations are under consideration. These may be subject to feasibility studies, technical investigations, and negotiations about funding and land ownership.
