On 22 November 2022, the Portfolio Holder Education and the Welsh Language resolved to approve the proposal to lower the admission age at Ysgol Corn Hir to 3 years of age on1 September 2023.

Following the approval of this proposal, the council, in line with the School Organisation Code (011/2018), is publishing a final decision letter.
